The front desk staff were as expected (kind, efficient, helpful, and timely). The dentist was as expected (kind, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment plan in a way the average person could understand). The dental hygienist was the reason for the 5 stars. She exceeded my expectations. She explained everything she was doing, she was vulnerable in sharing some of her personal life, and did a thorough job. Also, she interacted with me on a personal level... I was a person to her, not another patient. Thank you.

Pointer Family Dental is truly exceptional. Dr. Hurst and his team are kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. What I appreciate most is how honest they are. They’ll assess your situation carefully, explain things clearly, and go above and beyond to make sure you get the treatment you need (even if that means referring you to a specialist). From the front desk to the clinical team, every person I encountered was nothing short of awesome. They also schedule quickly and run such a smooth operation, which makes every visit feel easy and stress-free. We are blessed to have this practice in our community. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasant experience for me and now my 4 year old daughter even loves going to the dentist. She had her first teeth cleaning and x rays done then they had to laser her lip tie some months ago. I came back yesterday for my routine teeth cleaning and she wanted to come with me. Everyone is so nice, service is fast, thorough, and not painful. As long as we live here this will be our families forever dental office!

I just started with Pointer Family Dental and so far my experience has been very good. They went the extra mile to check with my insurance company for a bit of an unusual situation, but most importantly Jennifer Duke is a most excellent hygienist! I used to think they were all pretty much the same, but they are not. Her level of experience and dedication to her profession is top notch!

The Hygienist Carlos is TOP NOTCH... Great guy. Very thorough as well. Dr. Hurst - yet again... amazing. They made me feel extremely comfortable at my appointments especially considering I have a fear of dental work. The office staff is very poliet, professional and welcoming. I HIGHLY reccomend this practice!!!

Everyone in this office is amazing!!! Best dentist experience I've ever had in my life. Carlos was especially good with the inspection and the cleaning. Usually when I have my teeth cleaned they hurt so bad afterwards because they get scraped down way too far... This is the first time I've had them cleaned where they did not hurt and they were still properly cleaned... to top it off he's a super nice guy! Great job everyone!
